Both tenants and landlords get a verified rental identity so they can trust each other before signing.
No. It's a rental track record, built only from verified leases, payments and maintenance history on Kira. It has nothing to do with loans or CIBIL, and you can always see exactly what's in it.
Only people you share it with. You send an expiring link to a landlord or tenant, and you can revoke it any time. Nothing is public by default.
